Vibration welding machine Working Principle :

Linear vibration welding is that two plastic parts become to one in the formation of a friction pressure.

The workpiece welding under by friction in the pressurized state, the energy along the conductive portion of the heat capacity of the interface is melted and then cooled and
solidified to complete reduction in security.Lead to the interface strength equivalent the body strength.

The device can be welded 1300mm length 600mm width of large plastic workpiece and a variety of smaller size plastic workpiece. Vibration welding machine is equipped with digital vibrationfrequency conversion power source, automatic tracking adjustment frequency and has the function of automatic resonance and frequency. This machine is used to facilitate the operation of the touch screen display control and special control software.

Vibration welding is friction welding process, during which the workpiece to be welded together under pressure until the friction generated by friction and shear heat contact surface to fully molten state. When reaching the set welding depth (by linear sensor measurement), relative motion stops, enter the packing stage weld cooling and curing. Weld strength quality good, used for small car parts, plastic products, electrical appliances, metal, aluminum piece of office automation components industry.

Preparation Before Using The Machine :

1. To check the power cable is connected or not, it is 3 phase and 5 wires for power.

2. we need to pre-heating 15 minutes for machine before starting the machine. It is good for machine.

3. To take air pipe to blow away the dust inside of the H.F bucket and working table , mould. It is to avoid the spark happen during the production .

4. You should adjust the temperature and welding time ,cooling time according to the thickness of your materials.

5. Fix the materials on the working table straight level and smooth to make sure the best welding effect.

Maintain :

1. Clean the H.F bucket, blow away the dust.

2. Clean the working table .

3. Check the power cord and plugs to avoid any mechanical damage.

4. To release the water of air filter container of the machine every day.

5. To lubricate the piston and guide bearing with grease.
