The technology of Cake Box Paper Cardboard Base Forming is a method for heat and pressure forming. It is a method of using heat paper cardboard to make a bottom base of the cake box. Bottom base forming at the first step, Cut the paper cardboard edge into square or circular size then. heat and shaped the paper cardboard through the huge pressure difference on both sides of the cake box or mechanical pressure, this can make the paper cardboard attached with the surface of the mold after heating and deforming, next through cooling and shaping, the sheet can be formed into various shapes of paper cake tray,circular cake tray,cake tray paper mat,cake paper cardboard tray,paper cake stands,corrugate cake board ,cake drum,paper cake base ,cake cardboard base etc.

Questions 01. How Do You Pack the machines?

RE: Our machines will be packed into wood case, (we will process the wood case and make sure it is exporting standard, and no need fumigation)

Questions 02. Is it difficult to install the machine ?

RE: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine;

you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.

For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.

You will get install videos, and install instructions from us.

It will be an ABC thing to install machines at your side.

Questions 03. How Does Customer Use the machines?

RE: We will provide you operation manual and diagram of machine in English.

RE: Generally speaking, if your factory with compressed air source, then connect to machine.

If not, please buy a 2Psi -5 Psi air compressor.
