. Description of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

This is a fully automatic cleaning line, which is controlled by PLC and human-machine to realize a series cleaning processes.

Operator put cleaning basket loaded with aluminum stamped samples on the trolley. Push trolley to automatic loading platform. Then the cleaning basket will be transported into loading station. After that, the mechanical arm transports the cleaning basket into relevant stations to finalize ultrasonic rough cleaning, ultrasonic precision cleaning (2 times), slow draining & evaporating and recirculating hot air drying processes. After cleaning, the multi mechanical arm will deliver washed objects to be unloaded by automatic unloading platform. Then the system will alarm to warn cleaning process finishing and operator pushes the cleaning objects into trolley. Except load and unload cleaning basket process, other processes are all finalized by machine.

Transport is operated by multi mechanical arm. Comparing with the disadvantages of single mechanical arm, such as diverse transport actions, heavy workload and serious abrasion, the advantages of multi mechanical arm obvious, such as one transposition action can finalizing all transport work, simple action, light abrasion.

Equipped with recirculating system and vapor recycling system to recycle washing liquid, which is cyclic utilization and save.

Loading and unloading position is very near, only one person can finalize loading and unloading by trolley. Each trolley is equipped with unpowered roller, which can easily realize loading and unloading work.
